What are the delivery charges for orders?

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders take 2-5 business days to arrive after the order is processed. Most orders take 24 hours to process. We also offer express shipping within the US for $25. Priority International shipping costs are $25 an Express International shipping costs are $45.

 

How do I get the accurate measurement of my wrist?

Measure your wrist close to your hand where you would normally wear your bracelet. If you don´t have a flexible measuring tape you could also use a string or strip of paper and mark where it overlaps on your wrist. Then lay it flat to measure up to the mark using any ruler.

If you don´t see your size you can provide us your wrist size either in centimeters or inches. Please specify the exact number on the measuring tape or ruler to ensure the perfect fit of your customized bracelet.

Note that all our pieces are one-of-a-kind handcrafted with natural gemstone and may, therefore, vary slightly in size, shape, and color.

 

What happens if the men's bracelet I received does not fit?

We can adjust the size for you within the 14 days exchange policy.

 

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

We will provide you with the tracking information so you will be able to track it yourself. But also, we will closely monitor the parcel and follow-up from the courier in case you do not receive it on the expected date of delivery.

 

What is the return and exchange policy?

We believe in excellent customer service and that no purchase is final until you are completely satisfied. We are confident that our bracelets will exceed your expectations and stand behind our products with a 14-day no risk money back guarantee.

Returned products must include the original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost for international orders and express shipping. Exchanges will be processed within two business days after the item was received.

ONZE ROCKZ reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

 

Can I cancel my order?
