Returned products must include the original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost for international orders and express shipping. Cxchanges will be processed within two business days after the item was received.

ONZE ROCKZ reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
